Roll 312: On Passage. Vote type: final_passage.
Polarity rationale: Reviewed enrichment (llm_import) polarity: The bill restrains a named foreign coercive power's financial influence over public schools and adds disclosure duties, which are goods of prudence and transparency. Its core is a prudential national-security and funding-condition measure, not a direct defense of life, family, or justice against a specific moral evil, and it does not advance any moral harm, so 'mixed' is the prudent classification.
Theological note: The measure concerns the protection of children's education from a coercive foreign authoritarian power and the duty of public institutions to act with honesty and transparency. Under general equity, restraining foreign influence over schools that serve minors can be a prudent defense of the community, but the bill is mainly a national-security and funding-condition measure rather than a direct moral mandate, so it should not be treated as a final candidate judgment.
