Roll 42: On Passage. Vote type: final_passage.
Polarity rationale: Reviewed enrichment (llm_import) polarity: The bill directly addresses a real public-safety harm: reckless flight that endangers officers and the public. It does not advance moral evil. Its mandatory minimum and the immigration bars for non-citizens raise prudential and proportionality concerns, so the classification is mixed rather than good or evil.
Theological note: The measure bears on protecting officers and bystanders from reckless flight, a matter of neighbor-love and civil order under general equity. Its mandatory minimum and immigration consequences raise questions of proportion, due process, and fair treatment of non-citizens that deserve careful review. This summary identifies issue relevance only and is not a final candidate judgment.
