Polarity rationale: Reviewed enrichment (llm_import) polarity: The resolution is a procedural floor-consideration measure with no direct advancement or restraint of a named moral harm. Its effects depend on prudential questions about farm policy and fuel-retail rules, and the summary does not show a direct moral evil or a direct defense of justice. Mixed best reflects an ordinary policy dispute handled through process.
Theological note: This is a procedural House rule governing how a farm bill and a related fuel-retail measure are considered. Scripture gives no direct verdict on floor procedure. Its relevance lies in general equity, honest and orderly deliberation, and stewardship of legislative process, while the substantive fuel and farm policy questions remain prudential matters.
