Roll 56: On Ordering the Previous Question. Vote type: procedural.
Roll 57: On Agreeing to the Resolution. Vote type: final_passage.
Polarity rationale: Reviewed enrichment (llm_import) polarity: The resolution is procedural and governs three regulatory disapproval measures. Each involves real goods (clean air and public health, efficiency and honest consumer information, protection of marine heritage) alongside prudential disputes over regulatory burden and agency authority. The underlying rules do not clearly restrain or advance a named moral evil, so the classification is mixed rather than good or evil.
Theological note: The resolution concerns stewardship of creation (air quality and emissions affecting neighbors, energy use and consumer costs), the protection of cultural and archaeological heritage, and the proper division of authority between Congress and executive agencies. These are issues of prudential judgment under general equity, not direct moral questions, so the measures warrant careful review of the underlying rules rather than a fixed moral verdict on the procedural vehicle.
